Brief Biographical Sketch:
Hi Everyone! My name is Julie. I am a student studying English & Linguistics with a minor in Spanish Linguistics (Hispanic Languages, Linguistics, and Bilingualism) at the University of California, Berkeley. In my free time, I like to dance, read the news, prepare activities for my clubs, talk to my friends, bake cookies, and take my dog on a walk. At UC Berkeley, I am a conversation group host for the Language Exchange Program: one for English, & one for Spanish. I love hosting these groups! This program is great for learners of all levels! I also lead two organizations on campus, Amig@s & Amanecer. They are both organizations that I am very happy to be involved in. I hope to create a community where everyone feels welcome and included. I love being a student at UC Berkeley, and love learning, being involved, and trying new things! I hope to meet you all soon!
